Experience with experimental design (DOE) and complex problem solving.Demonstrated track record of relevant work experience, ideally in powder coatings product development.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 15 years of experience or a PhD with at Least 8+ years of experience in chemistry, materials science or polymer engineering.
